I am pleased to announce the 11th International Cockayne Syndrome Family Conference will be held in the DALLAS, TEXAS area June 24th – 27th. This year our theme is titled, “Blazing New Trails” symbolizing the remarkable progress being made toward new developments in research and awareness plus our achievements with embracing new families.
At the Share & Care CS Family Conference you will experience helpful workshops and lectures. There will be social events where families will have the opportunity to share their experiences of Cockayne Syndrome. You’ll receive a daily agenda to keep you informed of all the conference presentations, workshops, discussion topics and other activities related to the conference.
It’s a pleasure to bring to you an opportunity of a lifetime in addition to delicious Texas style food, good company, a live band, an auction and lots of fun! All of these activities are offered on the Trails of Texas in a spirit of peer-group exchange. We are Blazing New Trails in order to make the 2010 International Conference an amazing event!
The hotel is located right in the center of the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. The Embassy Suites Outdoor World is just a mile and a half north of the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport off of Highway 121 in Grapevine, Texas. The hotel offers free shuttle service from DFW airport directly to the hotel. For those of you driving across the great state of Texas, parking is free.

You can also register online: www.cockaynesyndrome.net. Don’t forget to include picture(s) of your child or children with Cockayne Syndrome. Registration deadline is June 1st, 2010. Registrations received by June, 1st will be entered to win a prize.
